This program is designed for creating and editing ENC in S-101 format. From the GUI perspective, S-101 Editor differs little from S-57 Editor, but it has two significant differences.
First - S-101 Editor can work simultaneously with both datasets and tokens. This allows editing data once, but simultaneously and automatically obtaining equivalent ENC in S-57 and S-101 formats.
Second - S-101 Editor can work with the Delta module, which is designed for automated processing of input information in both text and binary forms. In this sense, S-101 Editor possesses less functionality for manual data processing than S-57 Editor, but significantly surpasses it in efficiency and productivity.
The S-101 Editor contains tests from the S-158 standard and can apply them to tokens in manual and automatic modes. This allows reducing testing time, especially when using manual labor, and maintaining data integrity.
