This program, similar to its widely known counterpart dKart Inspector for S-57 charts, serves to determine the compliance of ENCs produced in S-101 format with the requirements of the S-158 standard.
dKart S-101 Inspector can be used for individual dataset verification, as well as in batch mode. In the latter case, auto-correction functions are provided. Test results are saved as XML reports.
Conventionally, all tests can be divided into two unequal groups. Due to the fact that S-57 and S-100 coincide by more than 90%, the majority of them relate to S-57 format information. If the data was prepared using the Readiness tests operation, then at the final testing stage these errors will already be corrected. The second, smaller group of tests relates to the specifics of the S-101 format.
