dKart S-101 Inspector is used for checking the data quality of S-101 format ENC, ensuring their compliance with S-100 standards and S-101 specifications. The verification is performed based on rules outlined in the S-158_101 and S-158_100 specifications, as well as developed additional rules according to the requirements and provisions of S-101 Annex A.
Main Functions:

• Loading and Displaying ENC: Loads and displays ENC in S-57 Ed.3.1 and S-101 formats, including both base cells and their updates. Supports various versions of S-101 Feature Catalogue and corresponding Portrayal Catalogues from 1.0 to 2.0. Additionally, it allows loading a custom version of S-101 ENC provided that the corresponding external Feature and Portrayal Catalogues are connected if they are missing from the program's set.
• Testing: Performs verification of ENC data in S-101 format. ENCs are checked upon loading for compliance with S-100 Part 10 and S-101 Annex B. Supports checks for various Feature Catalogue versions from 1.1 to 2.0. Checks are performed on both the actual .000 data and their metadata.
• Generating Verification Reports: The result of the check is detailed reports with descriptions of each test and detected errors, both in text form and as an XML file "tree" of errors. The report can be exported as an XML file.
• Error Analysis: Allows viewing the erroneous object and objects related to the error situation, their attributes, position on the chart, and position in the object tree.

Features
The program allows creating a workspace for data organization and performing checks within a Project. This enables loading multiple datasets of different formats and different versions simultaneously into the object tree and displaying them in the chart area.
All checks are divided into groups, allowing testing of different data components, object groups, and encoding rules separately. As a result, this enables receiving and analyzing reports for individual groups.
