dKart Inspector 3.6 upgrade

We are happy to inform that dKart Inspector 3.6 is finally released. Besides of few perfections and minor bugs fixing this version has a fundamental difference with previous ones. It is partial S-158 integration of those tests applicable to S-57 data.
Based on the fact that S-101 is 95% of S-57 we combine and review all tests belonging to both S-58 and S-158 Standards and come to conclusion that more than 70% of them are identical. It means they can be performed by one piece of SW what we did in new dKart Inspector version.
On practice it helps to minimise cost of S-57 transformation to S-101 by using expanded reaction S-58/S-158 testing model to well established S-57 ENC production and maintenance.
The same feature we amended to dKart Editor also providing capabilities for automatic fix and working in package mode for multiplay ENC processing in background without cartographers attention. More information on dKart.fi web site.
